Please note that weekly lectures and intensives take priority, (even on Saturdays), and MBC has priority on Sundays.
If you can anticipate a clash, consider if you can pre-emptively adjust your event or talk to the relevant organiser/contact person to help resolve the clash. If needed, consult your manager or Dean of Faculty as well.
Note that the Library Seminar Room is part of the Level 1 student study/library space and should be only be booked when other spaces are unavailable. It also has limited after-hours access.
